The Approach
NSA Swim needed to validate a single tie-front one-piece across four colourways — pink, blue, green, gold — before committing to production. Traditional path: sew four samples, book a model, scout a location, shoot, retouch, wait. Six figures and six weeks before a single bid lands on the website. Subnet ran it as a Ghost Season. The garment doesn't physically exist yet. We calibrated one brand model on NSA Swim's DNA, generated each colourway across the full e-commerce stack — packshot ghosts, on-model studio, lifestyle in a Marrakech riad, hanger merchandising, detail crops — and delivered the complete launch set before the first sample was cut. The product pages went live. The demand signal came back. Production followed the data, not the other way around. The same calibrated model and silhouette template now sits ready for every variant NSA Swim wants to test next. New colourway, new print, new fabric weight — same model, same lighting language, same riad. Brief on Monday, full asset pack on Thursday. The system gets sharper with every garment that runs through it.
