Offerings

Two offerings, one studio.

Subnet builds bespoke production systems for fashion houses — custom-trained models, exclusive licensing, campaign-grade output for brands shipping seasonally.

We also operate Ghost Season for e-commerce brands shipping weekly — high-volume on-model imagery, full collections produced before garments physically exist.

“Like we shot on location with a full crew, but with consistency we could never achieve traditionally.”

— Creative Director, Sweet Peas

“30+ images in 5 days. Our campaign was live before we'd even finished sampling.”

— Brand Manager, NSA Swim

Approach

The shoot was a 20th-century production model. It doesn't scale to brands shipping weekly. We build production systems instead — calibrated to each house, operated continuously, indistinguishable from traditional photography in result.

Process

Three phases. One continuous system.

01 · Calibration

We build a custom AI model trained exclusively on your brand's visual identity.

02 · Production

Continuous content delivery on a weekly cadence.

03 · Iteration

The system learns your brand and improves with every cycle.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is AI fashion production?

AI fashion production replaces the traditional photoshoot with a custom system trained on your brand's visual identity. Instead of coordinating models, photographers, studios, and locations for every campaign, a calibrated AI model produces on-model imagery, campaigns, and e-commerce visuals on a continuous cadence — output designed to be indistinguishable from traditional photography.

Is AI on-model imagery good enough for real campaigns?

Yes. Our systems are built by a team with three decades in fashion photography, VFX, and colour science, and calibrated to each house's lighting, palette, and model archetypes. The aim is imagery that serves the brand rather than showcasing the technology — campaign-grade output, not generic AI stock.

How is this different from a traditional or ghost-mannequin photoshoot?

A photoshoot is a one-off production: weeks of lead time, fixed costs, and a single set of looks. We build a production system instead. Once calibrated, it delivers full collections continuously — including imagery produced before a garment physically exists. No location, no crew, no sampling delay.

Do we own the rights to the imagery and the models?

Yes. Every model we build is exclusive to your brand, perpetually licensed to you, and category-protected — no competitor can access your pipeline. You receive full rights to all imagery delivered.

What does a typical engagement include?

Bespoke retainers deliver 500+ on-model images annually in native 4K, multi-format exports for seven social platforms, quarterly model refreshes, and full licensing — on a predictable monthly cadence. We work with a small number of fashion houses at any time; new engagements begin with a discovery conversation.

Who is Subnet Studio for?

Two kinds of brand. Fashion houses shipping seasonally, who need campaign and editorial imagery calibrated to their identity; and e-commerce brands shipping weekly, served through Ghost Season — high-volume on-model imagery for full collections, produced before garments exist.
